We are pleased to announce that, according to the 2025 Journal Citation Reports (JCR) released by Clarivate Analytics on June 18, 2026, the International Journal of Nanoelectronics and Materials (IJNeaM) has been awarded an Impact Factor of 0.8. IJNeaM is also ranked in Quartile 4 (Q4) in the Materials Science, Multidisciplinary category.
