Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kaedah retorik perniagaan yang digunakan dalam iklan perniagaan khususnya iklan produk makanan dan minuman yang diiklankan dalam media sosial. Kajian ini juga akan melihat bagaimana iklan-iklan ini mencerminkan trend dan keutamaan dalam pasaran serta melihat keberkesanan strategi-strategi ini menarik minat pengguna sasaran. Social media not only offers extensive reach but also enables direct interaction with users. Through social media, businesses can target potential customers more accurately based on demographic data and user interests. Consequently, food and beverage product advertisements on social media have become one of the most popular marketing strategies. To ensure advertising goals are achieved, the effective use of language can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the business rhetoric methods used in advertisements, particularly food and beverage product advertisements promoted on social media. Selected advertisements will be analyzed based on the business rhetoric advertising method by Asmah Haji Omar (2016). This study not only contributes to a deeper understanding of digital marketing strategies but also provides practical knowledge that marketers can apply when planning and executing more effective campaigns on social media. Despite losing two consecutive gubernatorial elections, she successfully secured victory in 2018. Using a qualitative approach grounded in a constructivist paradigm, this study analyzes primary data collected through field research, website reviews, and in-depth interviews with relevant informants. The findings highlight the critical role of NU's charismatic clerics (Kyai) in mobilizing support for Khofifah's campaign. The research will employ a quantitative approach by analyzing the collected data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Data will be collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 370 undergraduate students from various MTUN universities. The questionnaire will assess students' perceptions of SE, soft skills, personality traits, CA, and perceived GE. Statistical analysis will be used to determine the relationships between these factors. Additionally, the mediating role of CA will be tested in this study. By identifying key factors that contribute to employability, the research aims to inform educational strategies, leading to more effective training programs, enhanced career services, and targeted interventions. This study focuses on a single SM platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), examining TR as a multidimensional construct encompassing platform TR, idol TR, and community TR, and exploring its role in driving K-pop fans’ BI to engage in fandom activities. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted non-participatory observations of 30 K-pop fans’ X accounts over a one-month period. Observations focused on behaviors such as content sharing, engagement with verified idol accounts, and participation in collaborative campaigns. Thematic analysis identified patterns linking TR dimensions with fans’ use of the platform. The findings reveal that platform TR establishes a secure foundation for engagement, as fans value X’s reliability and tools for fandom-specific activities. Idol TR, fostered by verified accounts and authentic interactions, amplifies content sharing and loyalty. Community TR strengthens collaborative efforts, with fans using X to organize hashtag campaigns and coordinate streaming projects. Together, these TR dimensions significantly influence fans’ BI to engage with the platform. The study contributes to technology acceptance literature by emphasizing TR’s multidimensional role within the unique context of K-pop fandoms on X. Practical implications suggest enhancing platform security, promoting authenticity in idol communication, and supporting community-driven initiatives. However, the study’s focus on a single platform limits its generalizability. Future research should examine multiple platforms, incorporate mixed methods, and explore TR dynamics across different fan communities and cultural contexts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kepercayaan (TR) mempengaruhi Niat Tingkah Laku (BI) pengguna di Media Sosial (SM), khususnya dalam komuniti peminat K-pop. Kajian ini memfokuskan pada platform X (sebelumnya Twitter) dan meneliti tiga dimensi TR: kepercayaan terhadap platform, idola, dan komuniti. Dengan pemerhatian kualitatif terhadap 30 akaun peminat K-pop selama sebulan, kajian mendapati bahawa kepercayaan terhadap platform membina asas penglibatan melalui kebolehpercayaan dan alat khusus fandom. Kepercayaan terhadap idola, melalui akaun sah dan interaksi autentik, meningkatkan kesetiaan dan perkongsian kandungan. Kepercayaan terhadap komuniti menyokong usaha kolaboratif seperti kempen tanda pagar dan projek penstriman. Dimensi TR ini memacu penglibatan peminat di platform X. This study examines the intricate relationships among these factors and how they collectively affect third-year Faculty of Business and Communication students' mental health results. The comprehensive analysis of this study aims to provide insights that could guide focused efforts and support structures to enhance the well-being of students. Through a detailed analysis of the linkages among social media use, family dynamics, and academic success, the research aims to identify the complex dynamics that impact mental health outcomes. This study also aims to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues, increase awareness of these issues, and motivate students to get treatment. Researchers utilized IBM SPSS to analyze the data, explaining and summarizing the findings in this study. Pearson correlation tests were used to determine links between variables. Reliability testing and frequency analysis were conducted, revealing a significant link between mental health and social media use among third-year students. According to the study, academic performance and social media have a favorable influence on these students' mental health. However, the second finding found no significant relationship between family issues and students d mental health. The third finding found a strong favorable relationship between social media use and mental health difficulties among students. Cyberbullying, fear of missing out, addiction, and exposure to disturbing content were cited as negative effects of social media. Understanding these elements can aid in developing measures to reduce the negative impacts of social media on mental health.</p> <p>Pelbagai faktor, seperti penggunaan media sosial, masalah keluarga, dan pencapaian akademik, mempengaruhi kesihatan mental pelajar universiti. Kajian ini meneliti hubungan antara faktor-faktor ini terhadap pelajar tahun ketiga Fakulti Perniagaan dan Komunikasi. Analisis menggunakan IBM SPSS mendedahkan bahawa pencapaian akademik dan penggunaan media sosial memberikan kesan positif terhadap kesihatan mental. Namun, tiada hubungan signifikan ditemui antara masalah keluarga dan kesihatan mental. Kajian ini juga mendapati hubungan positif yang kuat antara penggunaan media sosial dan masalah kesihatan mental, termasuk buli siber, ketakutan untuk ketinggalan (FOMO), ketagihan, dan pendedahan kepada kandungan mengganggu. Memahami elemen-elemen ini penting untuk mengurangkan kesan negatif media sosial terhadap kesejahteraan pelajar. Kajian ini menekankan keperluan meningkatkan kesedaran, mengurangkan stigma, dan menggalakkan pelajar mendapatkan bantuan. Documentaries are vital for cultural exchange and shaping international perceptions, making accurate subtitle translation crucial. Despite the growing popularity of Chinese documentaries, their subtitles often suffer from inconsistencies and lack a solid theoretical foundation. This results in translations that may be inaccurate or fail to adhere to established principles, potentially diminishing their ability to convey the intended message and cultural details to global audiences. The study seeks to investigates the extent to which metaphors are used in the documentary's subtitles and identify the types of metaphors in the subtitles of the documentary translated from Mandarin into English. By examining the relationship between metaphor translation and subtitle translation, this study emphasizes the critical role of precise translations in promoting Chinese culture internationally and enhancing the global reception of Chinese documentaries.</p> <p>Kajian ini meneroka terjemahan metafora dalam sari kata dokumentari China, <em>A Bite of China</em>, dengan menggunakan prosedur terjemahan metafora Newmark sebagai kerangka panduan. Dokumentari memainkan peranan penting dalam pertukaran budaya dan pembentukan persepsi antarabangsa, menjadikan terjemahan sari kata yang tepat amat penting. Walaupun dokumentari China semakin popular, sari katanya sering menghadapi masalah ketidakkonsistenan dan kekurangan asas teori yang kukuh. Ini mengakibatkan terjemahan yang mungkin tidak tepat atau gagal mematuhi prinsip yang telah ditetapkan, yang berpotensi mengurangkan keupayaan untuk menyampaikan mesej dan butiran budaya yang dimaksudkan kepada audiens global. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the research addresses two key questions: (RQ1) the reasons for using AI in remote education, and (RQ2) the challenges associated with its implementation. A search was conducted using Google Scholar, selected for its broad access to interdisciplinary scholarly works. Articles published between 2021 and 2024 were analyzed. The study found that AI enhances remote education by offering convenience and flexibility tailored to students’ individual learning paces and needs. It enriches the learning experience through diverse and engaging course content and enables personalized learning paths with resource recommendations based on students’ abilities and learning history. Key tools include virtual tutoring systems, intelligent assignment grading systems, and virtual laboratories, which collectively address educational gaps in remote settings. However, challenges persist, including technical adaptation issues, data privacy and security concerns, unreliable network connections, and a lack of interpersonal interaction. The paper concludes with improvement measures such as strengthening data security, improving infrastructure, and incorporating hybrid learning approaches.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kajian ini menyelidiki peranan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam meningkatkan pendidikan jarak jauh untuk pelajar universiti di Chongqing, China, dengan fokus pada era pasca-COVID-19. Menggunakan Kajian Literatur Sistematik (SLR), penyelidikan ini menangani dua soalan utama: (RQ1) sebab-sebab penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan jarak jauh, dan (RQ2) cabaran yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaannya. Pencarian dilakukan menggunakan Google Scholar, yang dipilih kerana akses luasnya kepada karya akademik pelbagai disiplin. Artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 hingga 2024 dianalisis. Kajian mendapati bahawa AI meningkatkan pendidikan jarak jauh dengan menawarkan kemudahan dan fleksibiliti yang disesuaikan dengan kadar dan keperluan pembelajaran individu pelajar. AI memperkayakan pengalaman pembelajaran melalui kandungan kursus yang pelbagai dan interaktif serta membolehkan laluan pembelajaran yang diperibadikan dengan cadangan sumber berdasarkan keupayaan dan sejarah pembelajaran pelajar. Alat utama termasuk sistem tunjuk ajar maya, sistem pemarkahan tugasan pintar, dan makmal maya, yang secara kolektif menangani kekurangan pendidikan dalam suasana jarak jauh. Namun, cabaran tetap ada, termasuk isu penyesuaian teknikal, kebimbangan mengenai privasi dan keselamatan data, sambungan rangkaian yang tidak stabil, dan kekurangan interaksi interpersonal.
